1. Eligibility

This offer is available to individuals who provide a valid email address through the VP Racing Fuels Australia website signup form. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission. Employees of VP Racing Fuels Australia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family or household members may receive marketing emails but are not eligible to redeem the promotional discount.

By submitting your email address, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. How the Offer Works

To receive the welcome discount, customers must enter their email address into the official signup form available on the VP Racing Fuels Australia website. After successful submission, a promotional code will be delivered to the email address provided.

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure the email address entered is correct. VP Racing Fuels Australia is not responsible for codes sent to incorrect or invalid email addresses or for delivery delays caused by spam filters, firewalls, or other technical restrictions.

Submission of an email address constitutes agreement to receive marketing communications from VP Racing Fuels Australia and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Discount Details

The promotional code provides $10 AUD off an online purchase with a minimum spend of $100 AUD in a single transaction.

The minimum spend is calculated after any other discounts or promotional codes have been applied and before shipping, handling, or other additional charges.

Codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be applied to previous purchases.

4. Online Use Only

This promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made through the official VP Racing Fuels Australia online store.

The code cannot be redeemed in physical retail stores, trade counters, events, through dealers, or via distributors.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

Limit of one promotional code per customer. Additional exclusions may apply to certain products, including but not limited to hazardous or regulated goods, where discounting may be restricted by law or shipping regulations.

The promotional code cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, bundles, or promotions unless explicitly stated by VP Racing Fuels Australia.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion, including the use of multiple email addresses, may result in cancellation of orders and withdrawal of the offer at the sole discretion of VP Racing Fuels Australia.

6. Validity Period

VP Racing Fuels Australia reserves the right to set or modify the expiry date of the promotional code at any time. If an expiry date applies, it will be stated within the email containing the code.

Expired codes will not be reissued or extended.

7. General Conditions

VP Racing Fuels Australia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer.

VP Racing Fuels Australia may disqualify any individual who tampers with the signup process, violates these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner.

8. Privacy & Marketing Communications

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails, product updates, and exclusive offers from VP Racing Fuels Australia. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the VP Racing Fuels Australia Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

VP Racing Fuels Australia is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system errors, or failures that may affect the delivery or redemption of the promotional code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VP Racing Fuels Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this offer or the inability to redeem the discount.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
