Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of VP Racing Fuels Australia, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must make a qualifying purchase from VP Racing Fuels Australia and submit their email address via the designated signup form on our website. No other method of entry is accepted. Only customers who have completed a purchase during the giveaway period are eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified at the sole discretion of VP Racing Fuels Australia. Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these official rules and agreement to be bound by the decisions of VP Racing Fuels Australia, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway occurs once per month. Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM AEST. Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered for that month’s giveaway. VP Racing Fuels Australia is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries for any reason.
4. Selection & Notification of Winner
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will be conducted by VP Racing Fuels Australia or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 2 days after the giveaway period ends. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, VP Racing Fuels Australia reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. VP Racing Fuels Australia is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent the winner from receiving or responding to the notification email. If a potential winner fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of VP Racing Fuels Australia.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a full refund of the winner’s qualifying purchase from VP Racing Fuels Australia. The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid by the winner for their purchase, excluding any taxes, shipping fees, or additional costs. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of confirming the winner’s eligibility.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value beyond the refund amount. No substitutions, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize will be permitted. VP Racing Fuels Australia reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not comply with these terms.
6. General Conditions
VP Racing Fuels Australia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by VP Racing Fuels Australia in its sole discretion. VP Racing Fuels Australia may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes an agreement by the participant to release, discharge, and hold harmless VP Racing Fuels Australia and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
7. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails from VP Racing Fuels Australia. These emails may include promotions, updates, and exclusive offers. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the emails. Entry into the giveaway also constitutes agreement with VP Racing Fuels Australia's Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and stored. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
VP Racing Fuels Australia is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. VP Racing Fuels Australia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
VP Racing Fuels Australia is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating in this giveaway. If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of VP Racing Fuels Australia, VP Racing Fuels Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway.
9. Governing Law
This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
