Roo100 FEATURED IN AUSTRALIAN DIRT BIKE MAGAZINE JULY 2010 ISSUE

THE ALL NEW Roo100 HAS BEEN HOMOLOGATED BY MOTORCYCLING AUSTRALIA FOR COMPETITION USE

VP Racing Fuels have formulated a new fuel called Roo100, designed for competition use in 2 and 4 stroke motorcycle racing applications. We are also proud to say that Roo100 has been homologated by Motorcycling Australia for use in all disciplines of competition, as outlined in GCR 12.9.5 of the 2010 edition of the Manual of Motorcycle Sport. Roo100 is an oxygenated unleaded racing fuel with a MON of 91+ and a RON of 99+ that also meets the Australian Petrol Fuel Quality Standard making it street legal. Roo100 offers better protection against detonation in harsh racing conditions, makes up to 3% more Horsepower and Torque than pump fuel and gives you exact consistency so you don't have to alter you tune up from drum to drum. Due to Roo100's specific gravity (.711 @ 60F) and oxygen content it requires a 4% to 6% increase in fuel volume over most premium unleaded (non oxygenated) fuels.

We had Glen MacDonald from Sydney Kawasaki racing team test Roo100 up against Premium Unleaded pump fuel in a KX450F and the results were very impresive with Roo100 making a 1.94% increase in Horsepower.

Stocks of Roo100 will be available from most VP Racing Fuels dealers as of 29th June 2010, for more details contact Vince from VP Racing Fuels head office 02 9723 4233 or 0421 116838.

CAN Roo16 PRODCUCE MORE HORSEPOWER AND TORQUE THAN METHANOL??? YES IT CAN

The crew down at Dandy Engines set out to see if Roo16 could out perform Methanol in a typical naturally aspirated single carburetor small block bracket engine...... the results were amazing to say the least. From back to back dyno testing this engine on regular Methanol the best it could produce was 790 horsepower @ 7000rpm and 653foot pounds of torque @ 5600rpm when the engine was switched over to Roo16 it leaped up to 828 horsepower @ 7300rpm and 663 foot pounds of torque @ 5600rpm. That's a 4.8% increase in horsepower and a 1.5% increase in torque! By using Roo16 Dandy Engines were able to offer their customer maximum horsepower without having to compromise on losing torque. This is something that isn't regularly seen when using a Racing gasoline it's a well known fact that Methanol is King of the hill in producing torque over a conventional leaded or unleaded racing fuel, but in this case Roo16 was able to offer the best of both worlds.

Roo16 gives you more Bang for your Buck

VP RACING FUELS PRESS RELEASE

As of 1/2/09 VP RACING FUELS AUSTRALIA will no longer be supplying C25 leaded racing fuel, racers using C25 now have a cheaper and more powerfull alternative called Roo16. C25 is no longer homologated with ANDRA . Please feel free to contact us at VP RACING FUELS if you have any technical inquiries on Roo16 or any of our other products.

Roo16 LEADED RACING FUEL NOW AVAILABLE!

The much anticipated Roo16 is now avialable to purchase from your local VP Dealer. Roo16 is simply the best drag racing fuel ever made. And that coming from VP Racing Fuels, that's a big statement. Roo16 represents true world class technology. With more power, octane and consistency, Roo16 will work not only in drag racing, but circle track and off road, spanning the application range better than any fuel ever made from naturally aspirated to nitrous to blowers. It's recommended for engines with compression ratios up to 17:1.

POWER: Due to Roo16's oxygen content it will require a 4-6% increarse in fuel flow, which contributes to making 3-5% more power than competitors fuel. With its rapid vaporization rate, Roo16 has superior burning speed and makes more pressure in the cyclinders, both of which also make more power.

OCTANE: Roo16 has a motor octane of 116, virtually the same as VP's C16, but its resistance to detonation is even better- 6 to 8 numbers higher than its ASTM rating- due to increased fuel flow. Notably, Roo16 also will contribute to lower engine operating temperatures due to more efficient combustion which yields lower exhaust gas temperatures.

CONSISTENCY: Due to its oxygenated compounds and better vaporization, Roo16 offers a wider air-fuel ratio and improves fuel distribution cylinder to cylinder. This means a Roo16 powered vehicle will be much more consistent run to run and won't vary as dramatically with altitude or density changes. In bracket cars that vary .02-.04 in ET during the day, Roo16 has routinley demonstrated it will cut the variation in half to .01-.02. In terms of overall performance,a vehicle switching to Roo16 can expect to see substantial improvements. A typical 550in. drag race engine will pick up about 30peak Hp and .03-.04 ET in the 1/8 mile.

Roo16 is world class technology at sportsman prices.

Trick & Mansweto dominate the Australian Pro Street ladder with a 7.41ET @ 184.35mph in their 600cubic inch - naturally aspirated Pro Street Capri using Roo16.
