No. Dangerous Goods (DG) products cannot be delivered to residential addresses. They must be delivered to
a commercial address with appropriate access, by DG-licensed carriers, with safe unloading capabilities.

Many standard couriers (like Australia Post) have restrictions, and a specialist dangerous goods transport service is required for DG products. The customer must be available to receive the goods securely.

• A standard Australian pallet (1165 x 1165mm) holds up to 48 x 19L drums which is 16 drums per layer x 3
  layers high.
• Our standard skid (900 x 600mm) holds up to 10 x 19L drums.
• Our digital support package includes a Shipping Information sheet that explains this further.

If a customer has a reseller that is relatively local to them, they may prefer to purchase from a local reseller
depending on:

• How efficiently that reseller manages their freight costs to keep their resale costs down.
• The reseller holds adequate stocks.
• The amount of effort the reseller puts into marketing and gaining exposure of the VP brand.
• The level of customer service the reseller can provide for their customers.

Yes, in the form of decals only, depending on stock availability. 

Other POS items such as posters, banners, and shelving will not be supplied, however approved resellers are able to reproduce our approved logos, product images and branding found in the digital support package for use on such POS items.
